Valuation Access Now Available for Stages 20, 21 & 15B

We’re pleased to advise that Stages 20, 21 and 15B at Seventh Bend have now reached an important milestone and are available for valuation access.
As purchasers move closer to settlement, lenders may require a valuation inspection to support the finalisation of finance arrangements. To assist with this process, valuation access has been arranged in consultation with Winslow.
Valuation Access Details
- Available access dates: Tuesday 11 August, Wednesday 12 August and Thursday 13 August, between 10:00am and 1:00pm
- Valuer requirements: All valuers must wear appropriate PPE and safety footwear while on site and remain mindful of any ongoing construction activity.
- Vehicle access instructions: Vehicles must remain on sealed roads at all times and must not mount kerbs, drive on nature strips or access individual lots by vehicle.
Purchasers are encouraged to contact their lender or mortgage broker to arrange a valuation during one of the available access windows.
