The Festive Season has kicked off at Seventh Bend!

The YourLand Developments and Seventh Bend team are getting into the festive spirit!
We’ve decorated our sales office with some light touches to celebrate another great year of life at Seventh Bend.
We’re also looking forward to inviting our local residents to join us for a small celebration of 2023 this Saturday 9 December at our sales office at 180-238 Exford Rd, Weir Views VIC.
Our festive morning will feature a visit from Santa and his Elf, delicious gelato from Bianco Latte, Christmas music and coffee from Little Happy Hut.
The local kids of Seventh Bend will also delight in fun activities like ornament decorating, face painting and balloon twisting.
We will also enjoy a sausage sizzle from the team at the Rotary Club of Melton, a local charity group that’s passionate about community service.
We can’t wait to see all our residents engaging in the fun!
