April ’22 – Titles Received

Titles have now been received for Stage 9 at Seventh Bend.

Now that titles have been received for this stage, settlements will begin taking place in the coming weeks.
To confirm your settlement date, please contact your conveyancer now, and ensure you have made all of the necessary preparations.

March ’22 – Valuation Access

– Valuation Access Now Available by Appointment Only.
– Check your email for an update containing all the details your valuer will need to book the inspection.

February ’22: Construction Update

– Valuation Access Now Available by Appointment Only (contact us for more information).
– Topsoiling works completed.
– Final asphalt layer to be installed.

January ’22: Construction Update

– Electrical infrastructure works have commenced.
– Road pavement construction is ongoing.

November/December ’21: Construction Update

– Road pavement construction ongoing.
– Footpath and vehicle crossover construction commenced.

October ’21: Construction Update

– Kerb construction has commenced
– Drainage infrastructure works are ongoing

September ’21: Construction Update

– Sewer infrastructure works have now been completed
– Drainage infrastructure works are ongoing
– Road boxing has commenced

August ’21: Construction Update

– Sewer infrastructure and bulk earthworks ongoing.
– Drainage infrastructure works commenced.

July ’21: Construction Update

– Bulk Earthworks have now commenced
– Civil works are expected to commence by the end of the month

June ’21: Construction Update

– Council engineering approval has now been received, and the Project Team is currently finalising the award of the works to a civil contractor
– Works are forecast to commence in early July
