May ’22: Construction Update

Valuation Access is now open, by appointment only (contact us for more information). The project team have provided the following updates:

– Final property connections are now occurring

April ’22: Construction Update

Valuation Access is anticipated early in May and the project team have provided the following updates:

– Rock retaining wall has been completed
– Street signs have been installed
– Topsoiling of lots and nature strips is underway

March ’22: Construction Update

– Electrical & Communications cabling works underway
– Retaining walls currently being installed
– Footpath installation to follow

February ’22: Construction Update

– Road pavement construction completed.
– Retaining wall construction commenced.
– Electrical and telecommunications works to be completed in next fortnight.

January ’22: Construction Update

– Drainage infrastructure works have commenced
– Road boxing has commenced

November/December ’21: Construction Update

– Bulk earthworks ongoing.
– Sewer infrastructure works commenced.

October ’21: Construction Update

– Stripping of topsoil has been completed
– Bulk earthworks have commenced
