October ’23 Construction Update 

Construction commenced!

Bulk earthworks will commence this week to remove excessive soil or rock from the area in order to make it the suitable level for construction.​​​​​

Titles are currently scheduled for between June and August 2024.

July ’23 Construction Update 

Stage 14 has progressed well throughout the month, with:

– Detailed designs submitted and plans have been approved. Construction is expected to commence in mid-August.

Titles are currently expected between June and August next year.

April ’23: Construction Update
Stage 14 has progressed well so far throughout April, with:
– Detailed design submitted and approved
– Plans expected in May
– Stage tender underway
