October ’23: Construction Update 

Electrical work is underway!

Electrical works have kicked off to ensure connectivity in the area.

Sewer and water testing has been completed.

Adding topsoil to lots will commence this week. Topsoil holds water and fertilizer on the lot to allow trees, lawns and gardens plants to thrive.

Titles are still expected between November and December.

Concrete footpath and driveway paving is underway

The future walking paths outside your home and the entry to your garage are both starting to take shape! Sewer testing is also scheduled to commence next week.

Roads and pavements are beginning to take form with asphalt forming the base.

The project team have shared that work has commenced on road boxing and installing the base of the road.

Drainage and sewer reticulation under way!

Since our March update we have begun the process of setting up the drainage and sewerage access for the properties. This means the system of pipes, sewers and drains are being established for your property. Titles are still expected between October and December this year.

– Earthworks commencing over the coming fortnight
