As Seventh Bend continues to take shape, steady progress is being made across multiple stages, with each element contributing to a community designed for connection, ease and everyday enjoyment. From essential infrastructure through to evolving open space, the vision for Seventh Bend is coming to life.

Stage 20

Stage 20 is making great progress, with the stage now completing its final construction activities. Electrical and telecommunications installations have been completed, laying the groundwork for future homes and ensuring the essential services that support modern living are ready. 

With these works finalised, attention has now turned to footpath construction, which is currently underway. As these pathways take shape, they begin to define how residents will move through the neighbourhood, enhancing walkability and creating a more connected streetscape as the stage continues to progress. 

Stage 21

Foundational elements are making an important step forward with base pavement, asphalt and electrical works now complete. These will help to establish the structure of the streets and preparing the stage for the next phase of development. 

Telecommunications works are now underway, continuing the progression of essential services throughout the area. As these installations advance, Stage 21 moves closer to completion, supporting a seamless transition from construction to a ready-to-build environment for future residents.

Stage 15B

In Stage 15B, substantial progress has been achieved, with kerb and channel works, base pavement and asphalt now complete. These milestones bring a strong sense of definition to the streets, shaping the character of the neighbourhood and signalling its continued evolution. 

Electrical works are currently in progress, further strengthening the delivery of essential infrastructure. As these services are installed, Stage 15B continues to move closer to completion, readying the stage for the homes and community life to follow. 

Toolern Creek

At Toolern Creek, the key structural elements are now complete. The completion of the shelter and viewing platform marks an important step, offering a place to pause and take in the surrounding landscape. 

Work is now underway on the installation of additional furniture and equipment, alongside the commencement of soft landscaping. As planting begins and the space evolves, Toolern Creek is being carefully shaped into a vibrant destination that will support both relaxation and everyday connection to nature.
