Stage 20 Update 

Stage 20 is progressing well, with visible activity across the site as it moves closer to completion. Footpaths are continuing to progress, while topsoil works are now underway. 

Authority testing is also in progress, signalling that the stage is entering its final construction phases. 

What to expect next
Over the coming weeks, works will focus on bringing the stage together: 

• Completion of footpaths throughout the stage 

• Topsoil placed across nature strips and allotments 

• Final asphalt layer laid, followed by line marking 

Stage 21 Update 

Telecommunications works in Stage 21 are now complete. 

Footpath construction is currently underway, alongside authority testing as the stage continues progressing toward completion.
